Connecting breath and movement is the foundation of my teaching yoga to adults. The breath leads the movement. I focus on the purpose of the pose and what benefits it has for you rather than how it looks on the outside. I believe, stubble changes on the inside create the largest and most impacting results on the outside. Start within and your without will glow and grow.
